DESIGNED ADVERTS AND UPDATED BRANDING FOR THE WELL ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENTS IN NEWQUAY, CORNWALL. THE NEW ADVERTS FEATURE IN THE CORNISH GUARDIAN AND NEWQUAY VOICE NEWSPAPERS ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
CLIENT
NPC (Newquay Property Centre) is based in the heart of Newquay and was
established in 1994 in the town. NPC is an estate agents with property
experience to suit your every need. The company is one of the largest
estate agents in the area.
OBJECTIVE
Newquay Property Centre advertise on a weekly basis in the Cornish
Guardian and Newquay Voice newspapers. They have a half-page
advert in the Cornish Guardian and a full-page advert in the Newquay
Voice. The company asked upon Oracle Design to update their
current adverts in both papers and make a template for each to be
able to update on a weekly basis with the new properties and info.
SOLUTION
Two templates were created for NPC to use for any future advertising
and the company can change the property elements and text on a
weekly basis through a computerised system. The adverts look great
and are a big improvement on the previous adverts, highlighting the
company itself more and improving colours and making everything
that is important to stand out a lot more.
